QUOTES/INVOICING: By approving this proof and/or quote you accept all responsibility of print information and billing charges. Overruns and underruns may occur during production. Please note that all price quotes are valid for 30 days.

RETURN POLICY: Take the time to count. We kindly ask that you take the time to count and inventory your order before you leave. Shirtmasters will not be responsible for missing items once you leave. Due to the custom nature of the orders we produce, we cannot accept returns. However, if we are at fault for a mistake on your order, we will make it right. Please check your order thoroughly once it is in your hands and notify us within 30 days if something is not right.

SERVICE CHARGE: A service charge may be computed at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on accounts showing past due balances. Minimum service charge is $10.00.

CONTRACT ITEMS: If you bring in an item that you would like printed or embroidered and we cannot get that item through our supplier, we will not be responsible if we damage the item. You will be bringing in that item at your own risk. We highly recommend you get your items through our suppliers only.

INVOICE APPROVAL: I have looked over this invoice and approve the print information and billing charges. I also accept the above terms and agree to have this invoice fully paid at time of pickup.
